Uzma
A former schoolteacher who designed our first literacy circle of forty women in one rented room. She now oversees programs across thirty-two districts.

Ali Hassan
Ali Hassan joined SSW as a participant in the first stitching cohort, graduated top of it, and now trains every facilitator we hire.

As Director of Strategy & Development at Sustainable Support for Women (SS4W), Umar Khan leads strategic planning, organizational scaling, and development initiatives aimed at advancing gender equity and economic empowerment.
